New York Post Reviews SATC

Woman everywhere were lining up to see the movie premiere to the ‘Sex and the City’ movie. It was a perfect girl’s night out for many of them who flocked to see Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte, and Samantha drink their cosmopolitans and wear their designer shoes.

There have been many mixed reviews as to whether or not the movie is really good or not. Below is review by the New York Post:

Disney Releases ‘Prince Caspian’ At Wrong Time

Co-CEO of Walt Disney Robert Iger stated this week that ‘The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian’ is not doing as well as they had hoped at the box office. They are getting serious competition from both ‘Indiana Jones’ and ‘Ironman’. Since its release the sequel to ‘Narnia’ has only made $99.6 million in North America alone.

‘Wanted’ Movie Synopsis

Wesley Gibson has been living a boring and bleak life sitting in his cubicle every day at work and sitting in his home all night. That is until his father’s death causes him to learn certain truths about himself and life.

One: a super-hot chick is actually checking him out. Two: the aforementioned chick, “Fox,” worked with Dad, who by the way was a superstar assassin answering to a supernatural authority. Three: Wesley has inherited Dad’s special talents, which unsurprisingly involve killing people. Four: Dad was murdered, and it’s Wesley’s job to avenge him and set things right. Unless, of course, he’s really attached to that day job.

‘Australia’ Movie Synopsis

‘Australia’ is set in the northern part of Australia before World War II. It is all around an English aristocrat (Nicole Kidman) who is given a large ranch through in inheritance.

She seeks the help of a cattle driver (Hugh Jackman) after English cattle barons try to take her land from her. The two of them work together to drive 2000 heads of cattle across hundreds of miles through some of the worst parts of the country. Through their travels they still have to face the bombing of Darwin, Australia brought on by the Japanese forces that attacked Pearl Harbor months prior.

The big question that many of us are asking ourselves when it comes to the next ‘Sex and the City’ movie is whether or not Carrie Bradshaw will actually marry Mr. Big. We know that they are finally a true couple but will fans be able to catch a wedding in their future?

‘Crystal Skull’ Makes $126 Million Over Memorial Weekend

Indiana Jones was the talk of every movie theatre this weekend and it was made clear that everyone wanted to see it after reports came that the movie has made $126 million on open day and the opening weekend. It has officially become the second biggest movie opening for Memorial Day in history.

Saudi Hosts First Film Festival

Saudi was in quiet excitement as they held their very first film festival. All of the men were in one room drinking coffee and juice instead of the usual champagne that we see at these gatherings. All of the women came in through a back entrance and were separated into their own separate room away from the men in true Saudi fashion.

‘Eagle Eye’ Synopsis

A young slacker (Shia LaBeouf) goes back home after hearing about the death of his overachieving twin brother. He soon discovers that he and his mother (Michelle Monaghan) are being framed as terrorists by someone that they don’t know.

As a result of the accusation, the desperate pair is forced into an alliance with a dangerous sleeper cell preparing to carry out a high-profile political assassination. Only by infiltrating and exposing the masterminds behind this diabolical plot will the unjustly accused mother and son be able to prove their innocence and prevent a series of catastrophic events from unfolding.
